FAQ

  • When will my order ship?
    Most orders will ship out the same day. Orders that do not ship out the same day will ship the next business day.
  • Can I get a discount if I order in bulk?
    Absolutely! Reach out to us at: eric@pokedeo.com and we can discuss discounts for bulk orders.
  • Do you charge for shipping?
    No! Shipping is free on our site.
  • How do you package the products for shipping?
    Great question! As a buyer and collector myself, one of my biggest issues has been poor packaging from stores. Either the item is just thrown in a box to rattle around and become damaged during transit, or they fill the box with enough packing peanuts and tape the box up so much that opening the item becomes a chore with potential to damage the product just to open the box. We package our products safely and securely in a box, generally wrapped in a layer of small bubble wrap with one to three small pieces of tape. You will be able to open your box without damaging the product, there will not be a mountain of packing peanuts or excessive tape to deal with. Our products fit nicely into the boxes that we use in order to ensure a safe journey to you.
  • Do you accept returns?
    No. Due to the nature of TCG products, we do not accept returns. If an item is damaged or not as described when it arrives, reach out to us at: eric@pokedeo.com for a speedy resolution.
  • Do you charge sales tax?
    Sales tax is already included in the price of the product!
  • May I pick up my order in person?
    No. We do not offer local package pick-up at this time.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
